The Healthy Eating Pyramid

Thanks to Chrysoberyl’s post on FB!

My diet is totally messed up. My favorite food, potatoes, is at the tip of the pyramid. (huhu!) I suddenly got reminded of my good friend Seul Ki who helped me transition to a healthier lifestyle when we were in Singapore. She would exercise almost every day, eat sweet potatoes for breakfast, eat leaves during dinner and other healthy food throughout the day. I haven’t made a full transition as I still eat unhealthy potatoes! I must change my lifestyle!!!
