Journey to Fitness

I achieved another milestone today. After 6 months, I have finally gotten myself to jog. It was a painful 30 minutes where I started out optimistic. After just about 2 minutes, I started feeling the repercussions of not jogging for a really long time. My fats were jiggling, my muscles were forced to wake up, my chest was getting tight. I ended the 30 minutes a bit dizzy. It was definitely an achievement. I’m on track to my journey to fitness! It shall be done!

  1. Congrats you have made the first step I remember when I started running a few years ago that is how I felt. But as you get stronger you get better keep up the good work.
