Mashed Potatoes

I love potatoes. This is my go-to recipe when I need to consume the leftover potatoes in the fridge. Thank you to for the easy recipe.


  • 4 large potatoes
  • 3-4 tbsp salted butter
  • salt to taste
  • garlic & chives


  1. Peel and quarter the potatoes.
  2. Prepare steamer and steam potatoes for 20 mins or until potatoes are easy to pierce with a knife.
  3. Cool then mash the potatoes.
  4. Mix in butter, salt, garlic and chives. Add more butter if mashed potatoes are not creamy enough.
