- 4 large potatoes
- 3-4 tbsp salted butter
- salt to taste
- garlic & chives
- Peel and quarter the potatoes.
- Prepare steamer and steam potatoes for 20 mins or until potatoes are easy to pierce with a knife.
- Cool then mash the potatoes.
- Mix in butter, salt, garlic and chives. Add more butter if mashed potatoes are not creamy enough.
