- 300g steak
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1 tsp chilli powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp salt
- juice of 1 lime
- chimichurri sauce
- Whisk together oil, chilli powder, onion powder, salt and lime.
- In a ziplock bag, add in marinade and steak. Seal and chill for 30mins or overnight.
- Heat oiled pan or skillet to medium-high heat. Sear steak for 8-9 mins, turning over once, until outsides are brown and internal temperature of steak is at 130F.
- Serve with chimichurri sauce.
