INGREDIENTS
- 500g pork shoulder, sliced thinly
- 3/16 soy sauce
- 1/8 cup calamansi juice
- 3/16 banana ketchup
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1/2 tbsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3/8 cup lemon or lime soda
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a bowl, marinate pork with all the other ingredients for at least 3 hours (best overnight).
- Put pork pieces in skewers.
- Grill pork skewers or fry in pan for 3-4 mins on each side or until thoroughly cooked. Baste using the same marinade without the soda.
- Serve with spicy vinegar!
