Pork Barbecue

INGREDIENTS

  • 500g pork shoulder, sliced thinly
  • 3/16 soy sauce
  • 1/8 cup calamansi juice
  • 3/16 banana ketchup
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/2 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3/8 cup lemon or lime soda

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a bowl, marinate pork with all the other ingredients for at least 3 hours (best overnight).
  2. Put pork pieces in skewers.
  3. Grill pork skewers or fry in pan for 3-4 mins on each side or until thoroughly cooked. Baste using the same marinade without the soda.
  4. Serve with spicy vinegar!
